Madam Mac
Chef Madam Mac has been in the business of preparing flavorful and savory dishes for over 31 years. The love for cooking started at the age of 10 where she watched her mother prepare delicious dinners for the family. The Madam's favorites included macaroni and cheese, string beans and potatoes and fried chicken.

Born to a family of self-made chefs the Madam realized that a recipe is no good without the ingredient called "love". Love should always be included in the recipe. Many people experiment with recipes they find "on-line or in magazines" and for some reason they don't always seem to come out the same. It is the love of cooking and feeding people that creates the extra zing needed for a great dish.

Chef Madam Mac has over 20 years experience working for non-profits and serving disadvantaged populations. She has worked with victims of domestic violence, the mentally ill, youth, people with HIV/AIDS, the elderly, ex-offenders and substance abuse. While providing these services the importance of healing, sharing, leisure time activities and togetherness always manifested itself through events that included food. The calories may pack on a few pounds but the benefits of happiness, bonding, togetherness and laughter make eating the delicious meals worthwhile. Madam Mac always brought good food to work to share with clients and co-workers. The response was always the same, "You should open a restaurant".
Madam Mac holds a Master's degree in Human Services Administration, Licensing through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for Hotels and Restaurants, Certified Food Manager through Food Safety Certifications, LLC, CPR and First Aid Responder through the American Red Cross.
