Our Story

Radical Rations Catering Services, LLC creates delectable southern dishes that cannot be duplicated in any kitchen.  Using the finest of ingredients Chef Madam Mac prepares all meals with a passion for perfection and great taste.  Dawn Bryant aka “Madam Mac"specializes in bringing magical flavor to your palate.

Dawn was inspired by her foster mother Helen Shehee, a Cherokee Indian who grew up in a small town in Georgia.  Mama Shehee developed the original family recipe for real-deal southern comfort magical macaroni and cheese.  This dish is the “signature dish” of Madam Mac.  This cheesy, creamy and delectable dish will make its way into your fondest memories reminding you of family get-together’s, picnic’s and joyful special events.
